Bechu Rehaman, the key accused in the Sabarimala temple priest assault case and a small time Malayalam film and television actor, has surrendered before the police in Kochi. Rehaman has surrendered before G Venu, the Circle Inspector of the Ernakulam Central police station, who is also the investigating officer in the case.
Rehaman was likely to be produced before Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Ernakulam.
